Fees & Payments.
At NWA Healing Roots Counseling, our rates reflect the training and experience of our provider, as well as the typical cost of similar services in Northwest Arkansas.
Payment is due at the time of your session, whether in person or via telehealth. We accept payment by cash or card. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, HSA, Venmo, Zelle are all acceptable forms of payment. (Checks are not accepted.)
We believe mental health care should be accessible. Therapy scholarship applications are available for reduced-rate sessions upon request, depending on provider availability. Availability is limited.

Session rates vary based on session length, service type and whether you are eligible for a reduced fee schedule through our Therapy Scholarship Program. Please contact us directly to apply.
Intake Session (50 minutes) $125.00
Individual (50 minutes) $125.00
Couples / Family (50 minutes) $150.00

We are a private pay practice and do not bill insurance. However, we can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance provider to go towards deductible and/or possible partial reimbursement.

To respect the time reserved for each client, late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) and no-shows may incur a fee.
Standard rate clients: $85 fee
Therapy Scholarship clients: Charged the full discounted session rate
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid these charges.
